TOTAL ESTIMATED BUDGET: Five Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (PhP515,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes The winning bid however shall be determined based on the proposal with most advantageous financial package cost, provided that the amount of bid does not exceed the above total budget. IV. LEGAL / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE BIDDER: a) Registration Certificate from SEC or DTI or CDA; b) Current Mayor’s Permit; c) Tax Clearance per Executive Order 398, Series of 2005, as finally reviewed and approved by the BIR; d) Certificate of PhilGEPS registration; and e) DOT Accreditation Certificate.
