Extra over item no. 2&3 for preparing and finishing
plastered wall surfaces / concrete surfaces or
wood surfaces in line and level for acrylic (oil
bound) distemper/ synthetic enamel paint or
plastic emulsion paint by scrapping/removing the
old paint if any with wire brush or blades and
rubbing, with sand papers as required, filling in
cracks in cement mortar 1:3, applying the whole
surface with mixture of whiting powder or plaster
of paris and double boiled inseed oil of premium
quality or second quality synthetic enamel paint,
filling the cracks with premium quality putty or
hard glue in case of woodwork, rubbing down and
even up the surface by any approved means etc.

of 8.652 % (i.e. 4.326%) to Govt. and same shall be claimed in bills from RCF. Balance 50%
shall be paid by RCFL to Govt. directly.

Note : The bidder shall have to Quote % rate correctly ,precisely & distinctly in figures as well as in words i.e. above or
below or at par at with on the schedule of rates entered in the Bid. The quoted percent rate expressed in words
shall prevail over expressed in figure The computation of amounts shall be accurate & in line of your % rate

Work shall be divided in two agencies in the ratio 60 : 40.
All the material like OBD. Paints, Syn. enamel paint, lime, whiting, POP should be brought from
Material. Gate No.2 with Challans duly endorsed by CISF.
OBD Paint from following manufacturers and as approved by RCF Site In Charge shall be used:
i)
Nerolack
ii)
Asian Paints
iii) Berger
Cleaning of floors, glass panes etc. should be done after completing the work in each unit.
MS Pipe scaffolding should be used for work. Bamboo scaffolding will not be allowed. Contractor to
quote accordingly. No separate payment will be made on this account.
