MEMORANDUM
In exercise of power Conferred by Rule-68 read with Rule-44 of TTAADC Fund Rule-2005 the
District Council hereby declare the Add!. Zonal Development Officer, Khowai Zone under TTAADC as
Drawing & Disbursing Officer by vesting power to drawing and disbursing the pay and allowances of the
official/staff working under the establishment of Zonal Office of the Khowai District under TTAADC.
However, the pay, TA & contingent bills etc. will be countersigned by the Head of the Office
(Z.D.O,Khowai).
2 Every drawl of fund made under particular scheme will be done only after issue of sanction order
by the Head of Officer i.e. Zonal Development Officer.
3. In respect of Bank Account, the Zonal Development Officer (Head of Office) Add!. Zonal
Development Officer if feasible, the Cashier will operate Joint Bank Account. EVE::ryCheque
issued by the DDO for drawl of fund against the specific Scheme/programme shall be
countersigned by the Zonal Development Officer, if the amount exceeds Rs. 500/-(Rupees five
hundred) only.
4. The 000 shall be full responsible for proper maintenance of Account Ledgers, Bill Register, and
Voucher Registers etc. and ensure writer/posting of figures in the Cash Book in respect drawl
and disbursement regularly.
5. The Zonal Development Officer, being the Head of Office (HOO), shall verify the Physical Cash,
Cash Book and other relevant account Registers/Ledgers from time to time. He shall also be
guided by the order of the Delegation of Financial Power Rules-2012.
6. The DDO shall be guided by Rules 19 to 36 and Rules 44 to 46 of TTAADC Fund Rule-2005 and
the order of Delegation of Financial Power-2012.
7. This is issued with the approval of the competent Authority vide U.O.N
dated.16.06.2014.

Hatanpur,Korbook and Ganganagar under TTAADC as Drawing & Disbursing Officer by vesting power to
drawing and disbursing the pay and allowances of the official/staff working under the establishment of
Inspector of Schools under TTAADC. However, the pay, TA & contingent bills etc. will be countersigned
by the Head of the Office.
