The Kaizen program is embedded into the Corporate Development
organization, a direct report to the CEO office. Corporate Development
manages cross-divisional projects, designed the company’s strategy and
carries out macro analyses. Kaizen is the efficiency program of SWISS and
supports the departments to achieve their goals. As an intern in Kaizen your
responsibility will be to share in the design of a website and e-learning
platform, prepare facts and figures to support various analyses and develop
presentations and ad-hoc reports, be involved in Kaizen optimization
workshops throughout all divisions and support teams where required. You
have the opportunity to learn processes in various departments at SWISS and
be a part of a dynamic team influencing change.
Your Duties

Update the Kaizen website regularly and eLearning Platform concept and
coordination with developers to ensure the requirements are met until “go
live”
Regular content updates to the website like workshop announcements,
marketing, news and reports etc.
Various event set-up and coordination support like workshops or exchange
sessions
Report generating and data quality management: survey results/data
analysis, annual reporting, cost calculations
Support the Kaizen office in day-to-day activities ad-hoc requests
Requirements

Bachelor/Master Degree in economics or business
Excellent German and Excellent English knowledge (primary language
spoken is English).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, especially excel and powerpoint
Quick analytical thinker with good conceptual skills
A self-starter with a high level of creativity, commitment and responsibility
who takes ownership to the end result
Strong organization and time management skills
Good team player with strong communication and social skills

Knowledge of Kaizen and/or Lean principles would be an asset
