Incoming Exchange (ICX)
Working in NGOs on their curriculum with disabled children having
either physical or mental disabilities. Also, motivate disabled children
so that they get to discover themselves and show them the right way
with inspirations or useful materials to get where they want themselves
to be in the future.
Prepare and implement interactive and new sessions for the disabled
children during the term of working with them so that they could learn
something with each and every day.
Organising and preparing an awareness event for the cause of
disability in Mauritius.
Involving in the formation of disabled-people seeking employment.
Active work in raising funds for the project and future events.
Presence and participation in all AIESEC events such as the Global
Village, outings, is a must. Full participation of interns in weekly
project reports, video, events and the whole project campaign.
Accomplishment of all job-descriptions and project goals and also a
high contribution level in the whole project.
An understanding of how to deal with disabled children and how to
improve the actual educative system/curriculum by implementing
feasible and innovative solutions so as to facilitate the life of these
children and their surroundings.

Accomodation fee per exchange participant is 5000MUR. Internet is
not certainly provided. Interns will need to carry their own laptop.
