Ltd. with a focus on delivering consistent Swiss quality service to its
customers. Swiss WorldCargo offers a comprehensive range of solutions for
transporting high-value and care-intensive consignments throughout the
SWISS network.
In this challenging and exciting newly created role of Head of Cargo Business
Development and Customer Experience you are accountable for identifying
strategic opportunities with the? aim to enhance customer experience and
engagement as well as for creating capabilities to capture market potentials.
Your area of responsibility covers Business Intelligence and Development,
Performance Management, Key Account and Vertical Industry Management,
Product, Service and Technology development, and Project Management.
You will be part of the Cargo Management Team and reporting directly to the
Head of Cargo. You will lead a Zurich based team of approx. 15 staff, thereof
7 direct reports.
Your Duties

Responsible to lead the strategy and budget process within Swiss
WorldCargo.
Business development to seek new market opportunities and customer
development.
Responsibility to create a rationalized reporting across the organization,
monitor and analyze commercial and operational key performance drivers
within Swiss WorldCargo.
Leading a team of Key account and Vertical Industry managers in identifying
and creating sales strategies for global customers in collaboration with Area
Management to ensure their implementation.
Identify secure access and launch to new technology in collaboration with
other departments that supports the overall commercial and operational
strategy.
Responsible to identify, design,? implement/launch, monitor and manage
new products and services or adaptions in collaboration with other
departments in order to seize market and demands.

Leading the Project Management Office at Swiss WorldCargo to ensure
timely and effective cross functional project planning and delivery.
Building strong and dynamic personal relationships with key customers and
stakeholders? including your internal and external interfaces.
Maintain knowledge on industry standards and trends in participating in
regulatory agencies forums, seminars etc.
Establish customer perception of care and experience as a pillar in company
culture and as a part of strategic planning.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or comparable management
education.
Senior Management experience in strategy development and execution,
sales or product management.
Supply Chain experience will be an advantage.
Ability to connect conceptual thinking with pragmatic implementation.
Demonstrated track record of success working on new product introductions
and life-cycle management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to establish priorities.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop cross functional partnerships and strategies; ability to
understand/evaluate business and organizational issues to develop and
implement solutions.
Highly customer and result oriented.
Excellent people skills to identify strong performers and establish a high
performance organization;
Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm.
A conscientious and agreeable personality that lives SWISS values and
leadership principles.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment that is continuously challenging.
Fluent English and German language skills.
