The Kaizen program is embedded into the Corporate Development
organization, a direct report to the CEO office. Corporate Development
manages cross-divisional projects, designed the company’s strategy and
carries out macro analyses. Kaizen is the efficiency program of SWISS and
supports departments to achieve their goals. The role of the Kaizen Promotion
Office (KPO) Manager is to support the KPO Head, to further develop the
Kaizen program. Leading and controlling Kaizen workshops, and conducting
training according to the defined methods/philosophy will be your primary
task. You have the opportunity to learn processes in various departments at
SWISS and be a part of a dynamic team influencing change.
Your Duties

Support divisional SKPO's to define and set workshop topics
Train the trainer, prepare and execute various trainings for the SKPO team
and workshop team members
Moderate and lead Kaizen workshops, follow up results and implementation
after workshop is complete until closing
Ad-hoc reporting to management and Head of Kaizen
Support and maintenance to the Kaizen website & eLearning Platform
Support the Kaizen office in day-to-day activities and workshops ad-hoc
Requirements

University degree in economics or business
Quick analytical thinker with good conceptual skills
Minimum of 2 years experience and a proven track record in Kaizen or Six
Sigma
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
Able to communicate successfully with people on all levels in all
departments
Blends strong organizational and operational skills with good business
acumen
Strength & ability to lead diverse teams of various cultures with direct
communication and dynamic leadership skills

Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts,
learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training
programs
Able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
Willing to learn new concepts and effectively pass this knowledge on to
others through classroom training and/or the design of practical experiences
and exercises
Be a high-energy, positively aggressive professional with a bias for action
and an ability to encourage motivation
Flexible and adaptive in his/her approach
Hands-on and not afraid to work, engaging in front line activities on a regular
basis
