Dear Parents/Guardians,
LAST DAY OF TERM ARRANGEMENTS – Friday 19th December 2014
School will finish for the Autumn Term on Friday 19th December at 12.20pm.
Students who are unable to get home at the earlier time will be supervised in the Study Centre.
School Buses – The school buses will collect students outside school at approx. 12.30pm except for the 785
service bus. This will still run as normal at 3 pm but can be picked up earlier; please refer to the 785
timetable on the Arriva website for earlier times and pick up points.
Free School Meals – If your son/daughter requires a packed lunch for this day please ask them to pre-order
it with Mrs Lloyd, the catering manager, in the school canteen before Wednesday or they can use their
allowance at break time.
If you would like your child to remain on the school site until 3.00pm please could you complete the
attached slip and return it to the school office as soon as possible.
