Dear friends of Mukhanyo,
Greetings in the name of Christ our King!
Mukhanyo Theological College is planning to expand the buildings on its main campus in
KwaMhlanga. The present facilities have served the ministry well for more than 15 years, but they
are no longer adequate and have become inefficient due to significant ministry growth during the
last five years.
In May 2014, Mukhanyo’s Board of Directors approved a plan to upgrade the existing facilities.
We have asked the original architect to draw up plans for several larger classrooms, an upgraded
library, a “recording studio” for DVD production, and to make room for additional office space. We
will also update the present structures and give attention to recent security problems. This project
will help us continue serving our students for many more years.
The estimated cost for this expansion is R4.8 million, which includes maintenance to the existing
structures and an improved perimeter fence. Several large international donors have promised to
contribute, and we are hoping to raise at least 25% of the needed funds from within South Africa.
Can you also support the ministry of Mukhanyo Theological College? A donation of any size is
most appreciated. Please approach your church mission committee on our behalf. Mukhanyo has
section 18a status in South Africa, so all contributions are tax exempt. Local businesses can also
obtain BEEE points for supporting Mukhanyo.
Please help to expand the mission work of Mukhanyo. We now have more than 625 students in
southern Africa within our various programmes – see for more information.
The Lord has blessed us during the last 20 years, and with your help we will continue to equip
ministers and other Christians for ministry in southern Africa.
