Voltea expands team with new COO and continues collaborations with partners Voltea has just concluded a very successful business trip to Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The main objectives of this trip were to train the technical and sales teams of Voltea’s partner Pentair and to approach potential Representatives for these local markets. The trip fully succeeded in both perspectives as the Pentair staff is now fully up to speed with the state of the art CapDI technology and the Voltea team has spoken with a number of very interesting potential representatives. Voltea is confident that his will contribute to its growth objectives for the Middle East and south East Asia. In Abu Dhabi Voltea has visited the International Water Summit. A lot of new and interesting contacts were made and we have set a good base for new collaborations As of January this year, Bryan Brister has joined Voltea as COO. Bryan will improve the quality of our systems, shorten the delivery time and optimise the internal processes. Bryan has proven himself in his previous positions to be strong, driven and very enthusiastic with great results in growth, innovation and development. His technical background as an Engineer combined with his leadership experience as Director at the Polymer Institute and Vice President Operations at Seven Seas Water give Bryan the combination of skills that will drive Voltea towards successful commercialisation. Since 2012 Voltea has been working together with Green Europe to investigate the market for capacitive deionisation in Luxemburg and Belgium. Green Europe is an expert company in eco-friendly and chemical water treatment. The first customer that came out of our collaboration is Goodyear and it is expected that many more will follow.
