It will be filled with more field trips and more activities at a REDUCED PRICE. Our Day Camp program provides a fun, safe and enriching environment that keeps children active and engaged all summer long. We believe that summer should be filled with fun leaning opportunities which we will provide through implementing math, science, music, art, language, literature and cooking into our everyday activities. We accomplish a well-rounded program by combining an experienced and trained staff with a well-planned daily and weekly program. We hope your child will join us for a fun filled summer. A $75 registration fee per camper is required for enrollment. 2. Tuition payments are due the first of the month or Friday before the first. 3. The 1, 2 and 3 week tuition rates must also be paid by the first of the month or the Friday before the first regardless of which weeks you are signing up for. 4. Field trips are an additional fee and those fees are also due the first of the month or the Friday before the first. 5. Late payments must include a $50 late fee. All fees must be paid before the child can attend the program. 6. Emergency information and medical release forms must be completed prior to your child’s attendance. 7. There will be no refunds or make-up days given for absences. 8. Two weeks notices must be given for any changes in schedules. Without a two-week notice parents are financially responsible for all enrollment dates they have selected. 9. The center closes promptly at 6:00p.m. A late charge of $50 is assessed for each fifteen minutes per child or portion thereof beginning at 6:01p.m. 10. Field trips may be canceled at any time due to low enrollment. A full refund will be given for trips that are canceled. 11. On field trip days, children who are signed up to go must be at the center by 8:00am. Children arriving at 8:05am will NOT be allowed to participate in the field trip and must remain at the center. 12. Field trips and activities are a privilege at the Wiseburn CDC, not a right. If any child cannot be safe or if they jeopardize the safety of other children and/or staff during any field trip or activity Wiseburn CDC reserves the right to take disciplinary action and/or exclude that child from field trips or activities. 13. There will be NO refund for children removed from field trips for any reason. 14. Parents are responsible for reading all newsletters, signs, bulletins and emails. I understand by signing this brochure I agree to all conditions, policies, and financial responsibilities outlined in this brochure.
