Manual Cleaning / Housekeeping services at small Railway stations
of Group no. 01 Ratlam – Bairagarh Section Total 28 stations viz.

(Piploda), UNL (Unhel), PSO (Palsoda), ASL (Asloda), NKI
(Naikhedi), PLW (Pingleshwar), TJP (Tajpur), TAN (Tarana), PUO
(Pirumrod), BCH (Bercha), KSH(Kalisindh), BLX(Bolai),
AKD(Akodia),
JBX(Jabri),
PRB(Parbati),
BKTL(Baktal),
PNWN(Pachawan), PUD(Phunda), BQE(Bakaniabhavri), KUH
(Khachrod), KKP(Kalapipal), SEH(Sehore), SJP(Shujalpur),
MKC(Maksi),
BIH(Bairagarh)
which
includes
General
housekeeping, Garbage collection and removal, Rag Litter picking
and Street sweeping within the premises.
Two packet system i.e. Packet 'A' Technical bid & Packet 'B'
Financial bid.
Rs. 42, 27,720/- (In words- Forty two lakhs twenty seven thousand
seven hundred and twenty only.)
Rs. 3,000/- and Rs 3,500 /-(By Post).
Tender forms are non transferable.
90 days from the date of opening of the tender.

Board placed at Ground Floor, DRM Office, Ratlam.
In case, due to any reason, holiday is declared on opening date, the tender box shall be opened
on next working day on same time schedule. Any other information required by the tenderer may be
obtained from the office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial) Ratlam during the working
hours.
