Colorado Federation of Music Clubs 2014 State Competitive Festival Registration Instructions Festival Date: Saturday, April 26 , 2014 th Top Performer Recital Sunday, April 27th, 1:00pm Location for Festival and Top Performer Recital: South Suburban Christian Church 7275 South Broadway, Denver, CO 80120 ALL Registration Deadline: Friday, April 4th, 2014 ALL Payment Deadline (Registrations and Lunches): Monday, April 11th, 2014 Lunch: Lunch tickets are $15/person – due along with registration payment. Please make checks payable to: Colorado Federation of Music Clubs and mail checks to Ruth Fleming 2411 Coventry Ct. Ft. Collins, CO 80526. Please indicate payment details in the memo section of your check (i.e. 5 students + 1 teacher lunch ticket). Awards: Trophies will be presented to winning students at the festival. Teacher expectations: All participating teachers are expected to assist on festival day or on festival set-‐up day (Friday). Once entries and payment are submitted, registration is final. Please download/fill out the excel registration form 2.) Please pay on the website via PayPal or US Mail. REGISTRATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS 1. Please download the excel file and fill it out electronically. You will need to have Microsoft Excel to open the file and complete the registration form. Through Excel is a fairly common program, if you don’t have it or if you have trouble operating the program, please contact your chapter president for help. 2. When you open the file, you will see 11 colored tabs along the bottom of the page. After clicking on the correct “Music and Level”, you will then click on “Musical Piece and Composer” -‐-‐ only required pieces that are in that specific level will appear. 5. When you have finished, SAVE the completed document to your computer. Be sure to save it as an Excel file, and NOT as a PDF or we can’t use it.
