Team managers will meet for the Carnival briefing before being joined by teams and supporters ahead of the Opening Function. Monday, 16th November 1st round of matches at local rugby grounds, hospitality provided in the clubrooms. Evening free to sample the eateries of the Queenstown region. Tuesday, 17th November A day at leisure to enjoy various activities in the Queenstown Lakes Region; golf, sightseeing, shopping, wine tasting or adventure activities. Wednesday, 18th November 2nd round of matches at local rugby grounds. Evening free to enjoy more Queenstown hospitality. Thursday, 19th November Another day at leisure with a variety of activities including the Vintage Rugby Big Day Out. Evening at leisure. Friday, 20th November 3rd and final round of matches.
