India has received loans from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) towards the cost of Orissa Integrated Irrigated Agriculture and Water Management Investment Program (OIIAWMIP). Part of the loan proceeds will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB. These contracts will be financed by OFID. The eligibility rules and procedures of the ADB will govern the bidding process. 2. There will be pre-bid conference on 25.06.2014 at 11.30 AM in the conference hall of CE- cum-PD, PMU, Rajiv Bhawan, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
