M&P Wing The above officer will be placed below all officers appointed regularly in the Inspectors grade on the date of their appointment on transfer basis in terms of para 3.5 of DOPT's O.M. dated 03.07.1986. In other words, she will be junior to those regularly appointed officers prior to her transfer. However, she will retain her eligibility of the parent Commissionerate for her promotion to the next higher grade, etc. On transfer she will not be considered for promotion in the old Commissionerate. (c) She will not be entitled to any joining time and transfer travelling allowance. 3. She will be liable to be transferred anywhere within the jurisdiction of Central Excise & Service Tax, Ranchi Zone, Patna and Customs (P) Commissionerate, Patna. However, presently she will join in the Commissionerate allocated against her name. There is no vigilance/non vigilance case/complaint pending or contemplated against Ms Parul Punam, Inspector. The above officer may be relieved to enable her to report to Bokaro Commissionerate before 30/11/2014. The release and joining report should be sent to the undersigned and all concerned.
