Their appointment is provisional and is subject to the Caste / Tribe / OBC certificates being verified through the proper channels and if the verification reveals that the claim of belonging to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Other Backward Class, as the case may be, is false, their services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false certificates. All new entrants, who have joined the Central Government Service on or after 01.01.2004 will be governed by the Contributory Pension System introduced vide Ministry's letter F.No.12/104/2003-Coord (Circular No. 72/2003) dated 22.12.2003. The pay of the above said candidates may be drawn from the date of joining mentioned above, as no pay has been drawn from this Commissionerate. 6.
