The International Medical Corps invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Electricity Sub Station in Kabul Mental Health Hospital Interested Suppliers/vendors having valid registration in Afghanistan are invited for sealed bids. A complete procurement documents can be obtained via email from the following staff members of International Medical Corps. (Please note that the submission of bids should be SEALED BIDs not by email only the bidding documents will be forwarded by International Medical Corps IMC) by email). Instructions: 1. Quotation shall be provided in sealed stamped and signed each pages. (We prefer that all suppliers should avoid hand written quotes and requested for a computer generated quotation). 2. Quotation shall be submitted to the addresses below by February 05, 2015 during office operating hours. 3. No bid will be accepted after due date. 4. Suppliers should quote their prices using the standard format and specifications provided other wise a variant quote/format will not be entertained and resulting exclusion from review process. 5. The bids should be submitted with copies of the following documents together with bid; - Valid registration in host country (Afghanistan). - National ID CardlPassport Copy - Past performance certificates 6. Any attempt by a Tenderer to influence the evaluation committee in the process of examination, clarification, evaluation and comparison of tenders, to obtain information on how the procedure is progressing or to influence the Contracting Authority in its decision concerning the award of the contract shall result in the immediate rejection of its tender.
