Quotation should be sent in sealed cover superscribed “Quotation for the repair of Sedigraph-5100 due on 12-12-2014 and addressed to the Store Officer (OD), Indian Bureau of Mines, Plot No. L-8, MIDC, Hingna Road, Nagpur-440 016. Quotation should reach this office on or before 12-12-2014 at 1.30 p.m. and will be opened on the same date at 3.00 p.m. in the presence of such tenderers who may wish to be present. Quotation received after 1.30 pm. on opening day will not be accepted. Terms and conditions of the Quotation :1. Validity : The quotation should be valid for a period of 90 days for our acceptance, from the date of opening of the quotation. 2. VAT/CST/Service Tax : VAT/CST/Service Tax, if leviable will be allowed. The VAT/CST/Service Tax registration number must be mentioned in the quotation, otherwise your quotation liable to be rejected. 3. Price : The rate should be indicated both in figures as well as in words. Corrections, if any in the quotation should be duly authorized by the initials of the person signing the quotation. The quotation should indicate separately the other charges such as VAT/CST, packing and forwarding, freight charges, Insurance charges, installation, Excise duty, octroi charges, discount, surcharge etc. if any. 4. Delivery : The delivery date by which stores cam be delivered after receipt of our supply order be specified. 5. Terms of payment : 100% payment within 30 days against the pre-receipted bill after receipt of the item in full and good condition and after their installation/commissioning. 6.
