UNIVERSITY OF COLOMBO INVITATION FOR BIDS Tender Notice for Supply of Braille Machines and Other Equipments Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Major), University of Colombo, Colombo 03 invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supplying of above Machines and equipment for the University of Colombo as described below. 1. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure. 2. The bidder should have at least three years of experience in the relevant field in Sri Lanka. 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Deputy Bursar/Faculty of Arts of the University of Colombo, and inspect the bidding documents at the Research Management Unit of the University from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. from 02.02.2015 to 25.02.2015 4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the SAB /Research Management Unit , University of Colombo and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 2,000/-. The documents may be purchased until 2.30 p.m. from 02.02.2015 to 25.02.2015 5. Bids must be delivered in duplicate to the address given below, on or before 2.25 p.m. on 26.02.2015. Please indicate the “Supply of Braille Machines and other Equipments” on the top left corner of the envelop. 6.
