A complete set of the Prequalification Document in English can
be obtained from the Office of the Project Director, PMU,
Coastal Embankment Improvement Project, Phase-1(CEIP-1),
BWDB, Dhaka, Bangladesh at following Address;

on submission of a written application and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee in local currency of BDT 5000.00 (Five
thousand Taka) . The method of payment will be in the form of
Pay-Order in favour of Project Director, PMU, CEIP-1, Dhaka..
Delivery of the Prequalification Document will be made in hand
to hand to the Applicant concerned or his authorized
representative or the Document will be sent by airmail for
overseas delivery and courier for local delivery.
Alternately Use of PQD posted in the website is permitted for
preparation of Prequalification Applications with the following
procedures;

The Applicant using PQD down loaded from the website shall
have to furnish the cost of Prequalification Document
amounting BDT 5000.00 (Five thousand Taka) or equivalent
US$ 65.00 in form of either Demand Draft (DD)/Payment Order
(PO) issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh or a cashier’s
or certified check issued by a reputed bank in an eligible
foreign country favouring Project Director, PMU, CEIP-1,
Dhaka during submission of Application.
The Applicant having down loading the PQD from website, if
interested to participate in the prequalification process, shall
have to inform the procuring entity their details postal & mailing
address for future correspondence. Such Applicants are also
advised to visit regularly the respective website for
amendment(s) if any, relating to the Prequalification
Any Application submitted without fulfilling the above
procedures shall be rejected.

of compliance with a decision of the United Nations Security
Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United
