LIMITED TENDER INQUIRY
The Regional Manager, Central Warehousing Corporation, Regional Office, Bhopal, invites Sealed Tender
from reputed manufacturers/authorized dealers for supply of 10,000 numbers of Bamboo Mats.
01:
The tender must be accompanied with Earnest Money Deposit (E.M.D) Rs. 20,000=00 in the form of
demand draft from nationalized bank in favour of Regional Manager, Central Warehousing Corporation,
Regional Office payable at Bhopal. Tender not accompanied with requisite E.M.D. shall be summarily rejected
E.M.D. is refundable and carries no interest. The EMD of successful bidder will be converted into S.D. The
Security Deposit (SD) will be five time of EMD.
02:
The sealed envelope containing tender should be superscribed TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF BAMBOO
MATS.
03: Tenders shall be sent by Registered AD post, Speed Post, Currier etc or be delivered by hand in time. For
any late receipt/wrong delivery, the Corporation will not be liable.
However the tenderer registered with NSIC are exempted from depositing the EMD on furnishing of
valid registration certificate by NSIC.

Received tender inquiry shall be opened at Central Warehousing Corporation, Regional Office, 75
Arera Hills, Near Kendriye Viddhalaya No:1, Bhopal in response of the tenderers who wish to be present at their
own cost.
If date of opening of tender is declared holiday the same will be received and opened on next working
day. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning any reason
thereof.
Conditional tender will not be accepted. The tenderer should invariably mention their name, full
address preferably on their letter head. The other terms and conditions are attached herewith for reference
(Annexure-I) which should be signed by tenderer as a part of tender inquiry.

BAMBOO MATS
10,000 Nos. (Ten Thousand only). The quantity may increase or
decrease at the discretion of the authority.
Best quality bamboo mats of rectangular in shape of 1.524 Meters x
0.914 meters ( 5feet X 3feet ) size with tolerance limit of + 15.24 cms
(6 inches) and - 2.54 cms (1inch) in length and breadth. The mats
shall be made from best quality strips which are generally free from
any insect attack, fungal attack, broken knot etc. The mats shall be
flexible and sufficiently strong.
The mats shall be closely woven with minimal inter strips spaces. The
free edges of all strips/leaves should be properly tucked in.
The mats shall be bundled in multiples of 10 or 20 pcs/bundle as per
easy accountability and handling.
The product shall be guaranteed against any deterioration in quality
for period of six months from the date of manufacture.
Rate should be quoted in enclosed annexure-II, inclusive of all taxes,
Octroi charges, duties levied or may be levied, packing, handling,
Insurance charges etc. FOR destination any where in State of Madhya
Pradesh without submission of form “C&D”or any other similar form
prescribed under relevant act.
Payment will be arranged by Regional Manager, Central
Warehousing Corporation, Regional Office, Bhopal. On receipt of
pre-receipted bill in duplicate alongwith receipt certificate and
inspection note. In case the material is found defective at destination
the same will be replaced immediately free of cost. As the payment
will be released by this office through ECS system, you are requested
to inform this office. The CENVAT/excise duty plus education cess
claimed by the supplier shall clearly be indicated separately in the
invoice.

(PAN No)/Branch code No:/IFSC Code No: of the branch/Type of
Account/Bank Account No. of the firm/Company and one cancelled
cheque of your bank duly signed by you.
The material should be recent manufacture at the time of pre-purchase
inspection. The material shall be offered for pre-purchase inspection
within 01 month from the date of issue of supply order.
In consideration of the rates or award of offer, the tender shall remain
open for acceptance without any modification in the rates or Terms &
Conditions of tender for a period of 120 days from the date of
opening of the tender.
In the event of failure to tender store as per specification Risk
purchase at short notice to you would be made without prejudice to
other rights under the Terms & Conditions of the Corporation.
The entire quantity shall be tendered/delivered/dispatched with the
delivery schedule as may be communicated by the Corporation in the
supply order. However the quantity will be delivered in the
Warehouses of Madhya Pradesh immediately within 10 days after
receiving the bamboo mats dispatch advise after pre-purchase
inspection of bamboo mats by a team.
In the event of any dispute arising out of supply against the supply
orders the decision of the Regional Manager of this Corporation,
which includes a reference to arbitration, shall be final and binding on
both parties.
