J-BILAT_AS1_0v82 2012 年 3 月 22 日 / 22nd March 2012 J-BILAT 2012 年第 1 回セミナー日欧のイノベーション戦略と研究開発協力キーワード：「イノベーション」「欧州との連携」「FP7」「HORIZON2020」「標準化」 J-BILAT 2012 Seminar No.1 EU/Japan Innovation Strategy and Cooperation in R&D Key words: Innovation, Cooperation with Europe, FP7, HORIZON2020, Standardization 1. 趣旨：本年設立 25 周年を迎える日欧産業協力センターは、これまでの日欧産業界へのサービスや政策提言といった活動に加え、科学・技術、イノベーションに於ける日欧協力の促進も活動の柱として掲げており、特に 2010 年 1 月からは 3 年間の予定で日本における EU の第 7 次研究枠組み（FP7）情報サービス事業（J-BILAT プロジェクト）を通じ、関連する有益な情報を発信してきました。日本の新成長戦略においてはグリーンイノベーション・ライフイノベーションの促進が謳われ、また欧州委員会 EC が昨年末に提案した第 7 次フレームワークプログラム（FP7） FP7 に続く次期の枠組 HORIZON2020 では、イノベーションが大きなキーワードとなっています。日・EC 科学・技術協力協定が 2011 年 3 月 29 日に正式に発効してから一年が経ち、日欧間の研究開発協力の一層の強化が進む中、増々重要性の高まるイノベーションに関連する様々な話題の中から、特に産業イノベーション、イノベーションと教育、イノベーション促進の仕組の３つに焦点を当てたセミナーを開催し、日欧連携の更なる強化に寄与することを目標としています。 Background and Objectives The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation, founded 25 years ago, has the promotion of EUJapan cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) as one of the pillars of activities, in addition to the services to the industry and policy advice. Especially, since January 2010, it has been providing useful information on FP7 through the J-BILAT project. While “Green Innovation” and “Life Innovation” are promoted in Japan’s New Growth Strategy published in June 2010, innovation appeared as one of the most important keywords in the HORIZON2020, framework that follows FP7. Now, one year since the ratification of the EC-Japan science and technology cooperation agreement, further reinforcement of the EU-Japan cooperation in STI is underway. In this seminar, three topics will be highlighted especially to further reinforce the EU-Japan cooperation: industrial innovation and EU-Japan cooperation, innovation and education, and systems supporting the promotion of innovation.
