XXXIX Ordinary UEFA Congress

WE CARE ABOUT FOOTBALL
The Congress will open at 09.30 on Tuesday 24 March 2015. Delegates are requested to collect their
voting cards (each member association is entitled to one vote) at the entrance to the Congress hall
as from 08.45, but by 09.15 at the latest.
L’ouverture du Congrès est fixée au mardi 24 mars 2015 à 09h30. Les délégués sont invités à retirer
leurs bulletins de vote (une voix par association membre) à partir de 08h45, mais au plus tard
à 09h15, à l’entrée de la salle du Congrès.
Der Kongress wird am Dienstag, 24. März 2015 um 09.30 Uhr eröffnet. Die Delegierten werden
gebeten, ihre Stimmkarten (jeder Mitgliedsverband hat eine Stimme) ab 8.45 Uhr, jedoch nicht
später als 9.15 Uhr, am Eingang der Kongresshalle abzuholen.

**Jim Boyce, who currently holds the seat of the four British associations (i.e. England,
Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales), is also nearing the end of his term. In accordance
with Article 19(4) of the UEFA Statutes and Article 4(3) of the Regulations Governing the
Implementation of the UEFA Statutes, the FIFA vice-president whose seat is reserved for
the four British associations (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales) is elected
by the UEFA Congress. Each may propose a candidate from their own association for this
seat (see item X/d).

au terme de son mandat. Conformément à l’article 19, alinéa 4, des Statuts de l’UEFA
et à l’article 4, alinéa 3, des Dispositions d’exécution des Statuts de l’UEFA, le siège de
vice‑président de la FIFA réservé aux quatre associations britanniques (Angleterre, Écosse,
Irlande du Nord et Pays de Galles) est attribué à l’issue d’une élection lors du Congrès
de l’UEFA. Chacune des quatre associations britanniques peut proposer un candidat de
sa propre association pour occuper ce siège (voir point X, lettre d)).
