Above Reproach 2.) 教会の中から選ばれたリーダー（ヨハネ 10:3) 2.) Leaders Chosen from within the church (John 10:3) 3.) リーダーはひとりの妻の夫でなくてはならない２節（一人の女性と一人の男性） 3.) Leader should be the husband of one wife. vs.2 (ie.one woman man) a.) 一人の女性/男性に対して忠実である a.) Loyalty to one woman/man b.) 結婚は自己中心を試す究極のテストであり、また与える心を鍛える訓練の場である b.) Marriage is the ultimate test of selfishness and training ground for a giving heart. c.) 結婚、家庭生活で約束を守ること、忠実であることは、その人が教会でどのようなリーダーシップを示すかという良いしるしである c.) Fear of commitment&loyalty proved out in marriage and family is a good sign of the kind of leadership a person will show in Church 4.) リーダーは温和で自分を制するべきである（２節）機知に富み油断なく良い判断を下す人々。 (１ペテロ 5:8)“身を慎み、目をさましていなさい。あなたがたの敵である悪魔が、、、” ギリシャ語の単語“ネファリオン”（＝身を慎み、目をさまして、という意味）は精神を麻痺させるような行いを避ける、ということを示唆している。 4.)Leader should be temperate/selfcontrolled.vs.2 People who are sharp and alert with good Judgement. (1 Peter 5:8) "Be sober and alert your adversary the devil is seeking Greek word "nephalion"=sober or alert *suggests - avoid mind-numbing activities ギリシャ語の単語“ソフロナ” （思慮深く、自制の効いた、分別のある*、という意味）は精神的に健康であるということを示唆している。（２コリント 5:13)*制御された精神異常 Greek word "Sophrona"=thoughtful,self-controlled,sane *suggests mentally healthy (2Cor.5:13) *mental disorders under control,able どうすれば私達はより“身を慎み、目をさまして”いられるだろうか。 How can we become more sober&alert? *私達自身の問題を認めて神様の癒しに協力する行動を取る。 *admit our problems and take action to cooperate with God's healing. ほとんどの人は人生のなかにまともではない部分をもっている。それを認めましょう（周りの人々を責めるのをやめて自分自身を見つめる） Most people have some area of their life that is crazy...admit it (stop blaming everyone else&look at yourself) *キリストを通して許しの賜物を受け取り神様との個人的な関係を始める（ピリピ 2:13) *Receive the gift of forgiveness through Christ and begin your personal relationship with God.
