ACTIONS
There were no matters arising that were not already in the current agenda
3. Merchandise
ACTIONS
MS explained some problems with getting the merchandise from
suppliers. It was hoped these would be available in the next two weeks.
Still required Hi-Viz vests. AN to contact Adam and Jane Wood

JC was not present at the meeting
In her absence she had informed that membership was at 58 people
5. Sessions
SW reported continued good turnouts at the weekly sessions which
were up significantly from the previous year.

6. Club Championship
ACTIONS
STorr said that the first few races had taken place with very good
turnout from the club at events.
7. Chicken Run
ACTIONS
NICK provided a detailed report to the committee about the
Chicken Run and explained there were no major issues to worry about
except for electrical work at the airfield on the route and the number of
marshalls was not yet at the level required.
8. Social
ACTIONS
STapp was not present at the meeting but had advised ET that he
was looking into Summer events.
9. Treasurer
ACTIONS
SM confirmed a healthy bank balance and that sponsorship monies
still coming in for the Chicken Run.
SM presented and explained the 2013 Financial report.
The committee unanimously approved this report.
10. Web Site & Promotion
ACTIONS
NC was not present so no report was made to the committee.

13. Date of Next Meeting
This would be after the Chicken Run probably in August.
