Dear Sir.
With reference to above, it is to inform you that, subsequent to the factory inspection canied
out by Corporation's nominated Agency on 1111212013 at your factory located : Plot No.
725, Bamanbore GIDC, Bamanbore, Surendranagar.Gujarat.and as per the recommendation
of our nominated Agency, Corporation has decided to enroll you as "Approved
Vendor" for Manufacturer and Supplier of different types / slze of Reinforcement
TMT Steel Bars as under:

The registration for the items mentioned above is with following conditions.
1. The registration is subject to having valid license for documents related to
Manufacture / supply of material. Please note that it should be renewed sufficiently
in advance before expiry of valid documents submitted by you, and will have to
submit with the tender documents.

If the performance is found unsatisfactory the Gujarat State Electricity Corporation
Limited reserves the right to delete your name even before the expiry of registration

Number etc since your registration. In case of shifting factory premises, you shall
have to pay Rs. 15,000/- (Non-refundable) for each separate Manufacturing unit
for Factory with in Gujarat State, Rs.50,000/- (Non-refundable) for with in country
but out of Gujarat towards registration fees and factory inspection shall also be
carried out.

The factory inspection shall be conducted for the period of every two years from

If you have manufactured any other items, for which your firm is not registered,
GSECL reserves the right to reject your tender.
This registration is valid for the period of 5 years from the date of issue of this
letter. From now onward, you can participate in the tenders invited by any of the
office of Gujarat U{a Vikas Nigam Limited (GU\rNL), Gujarat State Electricity
Corporation Limited (GSECL), Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited
(GETCO), Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL), Uttar Gujarat Vij
Company Limited (UGVCL), Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL),
and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) under the category of item /
items for which your firm I organization is registered. However with this
registration, you will not be exempted from paying of EMD / SD and tender
document fee etc. applicable as per the tender conditions.
