The Bidder may be a company, partnership firm, validly incorporated and/or registered under the Laws of India or sole proprietorship firm or individual and is competent to Contract. 2. Bidding documents are not transferable. Only those bidders who have bought the Bid documents from the Employer are eligible to submit their bids. 3. A bidder if affiliated with an entity which has provided consulting services during the preparatory stages of the Works or who has been hired (or is proposed to be hired) as Engineer’s Representative for the Contract shall not be eligible to participate in the bidding process. 4. Bidders shall provide evidence of their eligibility to the satisfaction of the Employer. 5. Consortium is not allowed for bid. • Minimum Qualification of the Bidder 1. The Bidder must be a well established Engineering Contractor in similar scope of works. The bidder should possess and be able to deploy all the machinery/ equipment necessary for the timely completion of the works and shall augment the same if considered necessary by the Engineer to achieve the targeted progress of the works at no additional cost to the Employer. 2. To get qualified for being considered for award of the Contract, bidders shall provide evidence, satisfactory to the Employer, of their capability and adequacy of resources to carry out and execute the Contract effectively. Achieved in preceding 3 (three) consecutive financial years, average annual financial turnover of (of all classes of supply & Engineering works only) not less than Rs. 2.5 Crores II. liquid assets and/ or credit facilities of not less than Rs. 25 Lac (credit lines/ letter of credit support from bank to be enclosed) III. Networth (NW) = Share Capital + Reserves and Surplus – Miscellaneous Expenditure – Revaluation Reserves, if any (as derived from audited balance sheets) for the preceding 3 (three) consecutive financial years should be positive IV. Minimum Bid Capacity of Rs. 1 Crore. Technical Eligibility Criteria: V. The Bidder should have executed in last three years as on 31st March 2014, minimum of following quantities of work : a. The Bidder should have successfully supplied minimum10 Nos. of Generator Set of 500 kVA and above rating. b. Bidder should have successfully executed and completed the erection and commissioning of DG set (Diesel Generator) with synchronizing AMF panel at least for 10 Projects. c. The Bidder should have minimum 3 years experience of Operation & maintenance works of DG set. d. The Bidder should be a Govt. of Gujarat Electrical Licence holder e.
