The New Jersey Hospice Foundation (a division of the New Jersey Hospice and Palliative Care Organization) raises
funds exclusively to educate consumers about hospice care and to make physicians more aware of the great value
hospice care brings to their patients and their families.
You can show your support of our educational outreach by buying a roof tile ($250, $500 or $1,000) or a wall brick ($100)
in our 2012 Hospice House of Giving.
The house will debut at the 2012 NJHPCO annual conference and be on display at all 2013 conferences, seminars, major
meetings and the Spirit of Hospice Awards Dinner.
