ENZYME CLEANER & DEODORIZER KEM-ZYME is a concentrated cleaner containing 200 billion multi-cultured enzyme producing bacteria that consume organic compounds and eliminate odors at their source. This product cleans and destroys odors on hard surfaces and carpeting, while leaving a lasting fragrance. This product is totally safe, biodegradable, non-toxic, non-flammable, and nonabrasive. For the restaurant and food service industry this product is designed to provide a skid-free surface on all types of floors. When used on a regular basis will reduce injuries from slips and falls caused by grease and food spills. KEM-ZYME when used on carpet, rugs, and fabrics releases a highly active enzyme which will clean and eliminate malodors caused by urine, fecal matter, vomit, and other organic waste. GENERAL USE Recommended Dilution Mix 1-4 ounces of KEM-ZYME per gallon of water to deodorize the air and surfaces. Bathrooms Mix 2-6 ounces of KEM-ZYME per gallon of warm water. Spray toilets, sinks, tubs and shower stalls. Mop floors around urinals, toilets and sinks to destroy odors. Trash Cans, Dumpsters and Heavy Odor Sources Use 8-32 ounces of KEM-ZYME per gallon of warm water. Spray inside the trash can and in and around dumpster area thoroughly. Spray heavy odors with KEM-ZYME and let dry. In higher temperatures and humid conditions, more frequent applications may be needed. CARPETS Recommended Dilutions Mix 2-4 ounces of KEM-ZYME per gallon of water to deodorize the air and surfaces. Safe to use on residential stain resistant carpets. Extraction Add KEM-ZYME to Kemper’s Carpet Extractor-HP or Carpet Encapsulator. Prespray Use KEM-ZYME to clean and eliminate odors caused by pet stains, food stains and other organic waste. DRAIN LINE AND GREASE TRAP MAINTENANCE Drain Maintenance Use KEM-ZYME for drain line and grease trap maintenance to help prevent clogs, buildup and heavy odor. Dispense or pour 4 ounces of undiluted KEM-ZYME into the drain twice per week. JANITORIAL KEM-ZYME Grease Traps Dispense or pour 6 ounces of undiluted KEM-ZYME daily down the main drain.
