After filling, the cover is lifted to allow removal of the dumpster and replacement with an empty unit. The JDV Level Lodor™ allows for outdoor installation not only containing odors but enhances pest control and maintains product dryness. Check out the animation on www.JDVEquipment.com and see how simple this system operates, saving operation man/hours and improving safety. Pictured here is one of our most recent projects for the City of Houston West District WWTP designed by Arcadis U.S. Inc. and installed by LEM Construction Co. Inc., both from Houston. SULPHUR SPRINGS UPGRADES TERTIARY FILTER SYSTEM The City of Sulphur Springs (TX) recently completed a renovation of an aging Travelling Bridge Filter with an Aqua-Aerobic MiniDisk® Cloth Media Filter System. The existing ABF filter system was also supplied by AquaAerobic nearly 25 years ago. The MiniDisk® is an excellent choice for retrofit of smaller filters of this type, substantially increasing the throughput within the same footprint; in this case from 2.0 to 5.6 MGD ADF. The project was designed by KSA Engineers (Tyler) and installed by the City’s crew. OZONIA RECEIVES UV VALIDATION Ozonia North America has received bioassay validation approval for its newest line of drinking water Ultraviolet Disinfection units. The AQUARAY® SLP series has been validated for flows up to 2332 GPM under USEPA UVDGM protocols for a wide range of water quality conditions. The upgraded reactors feature new software and variable power ballasts. Five models are offered. Give us a call to evaluate your project. Hartwell Environmental Corp. 22115 Hufsmith Kohrville Rd.
