Features of BAFFRESHⅡ
バッフレッシュⅡは開発当初から一貫した思想を持っています。
フィルタは除去性能、圧力損失等の性能をかえることなく、厚みは公称1インチ（25mm：最大値28mm）が最良と考え、取扱いの容易さ
の為の軽量化と、洗浄時の安全性を常に追求し改善することです。
現在製作されるバッフレッシュⅡは発売以来すべての部品に至るまで幾多の点が改善され、他に類のない完成した製品になっています。
The Baffresh Ⅱ has been developed by a consistent design philosophy since the development of its initial model.
That is to say, as for the filter, we think that its most appropriate thickness may be 1 inch (nominal 25 mm : max 28 mm), while keeping its performance such as arrestance and pressure loss etc. unchanged. Also, the steady and ongoing pursuif and improvemenf are necessary, we
think, in order to make the fiIter compact and light weight for easy handIing and to make it safe when cleaning.
Thus the Baffresh Ⅱ manufactured now are the unique and unparalleled, achieved products which have been improved in the many points such as all kinds of parts and design and so on, since their first presentation.

The Baffresh Ⅱ complies with the requirements of grease removing devices set by
the Fire and Disaster Management Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and
Communications and is also certified by the JFEA.

空気抵抗 Air Resistance
シンプルな構造に加え、左右側枠はバッフルプレートを兼ねており、
空気の通過面積が広く、空気抵抗を低くしています。

厚さ25mm 25mm in Thickness
従来のメッシュ型グリスフィルタは厚さ1インチ（25mm）が
一般的でした。バッフレッシュⅡも同じ厚み（25mm：最大値
28mm）を採用し、取扱いが容易になりました。

サイズが豊富です。 Wide Variety of Sizes
これから設計される厨房設備はもとより、既設のフードやダク
トにも設置できる様、標準サイズを豊富（9種類）にしました。
In order to enable the Baffreshes to be applied not only to the kitchen facilities
which will be designed in future, but also to the hoods and ducts which are already
installed, a wide variety of standard sizes (9 types of size) are prepared.

The conventional mesh-type grease filters were generally one inch (25 mm)
thick. The Baffresh Ⅱ also adopts the same nominal 25 mm: max 28 mm in
thickness and the handling becomes easier.
バッフレッシュⅡの機能
単純な構造、薄型設計により極端に軽量化した結果、10V（フィル
タ10枚入）∼12V（同12枚入）型式の大風量の処理用取付枠
（チヤンバ）が可能になりました。
By adopting the simple structure and thin design, the weight of fiIter becomes
extremely light. Consequently, the attaching frames (chambers), such as the type
10V (including 10 sheets of filter) to the type 12V (including 12 sheets of filter),
which filtrate a great deal of air, become possible to use.
In addition to simple structure, both the side frames (right and left) working as the
baffle plates, make air flow section wide, thus reducing air resistance. (Patent

フィルタは分解・洗浄・組立て時の安全性を考え、すべてのコ
ーナーはＲ加工を施し、チヤンバの前面部、オイルパンは全て
折り曲げ、つぶし加工をしており、取扱われるかたがたへの細
心のこころくばりをしています。
For filters, we consider the safety of handlers with the greatest care when filters
are disassembled, cleaned and reinstalled by them, thus making the every
corners round processed, and the front parts of chambers and oil a pans are all
turned up and the edges are pressed for the safety handling.
Mechanison of BAFFRESHⅡ
グリス除去装置に於ける排気中に含まれる油脂等の付着成分の除去性能は、総務省消防庁の「グリス除去装置の構造等の基準（平
成８年８月15日付消防予第162号）」にて75％以上と定められております。当社のバッフレッシュⅡは、除去性能80.43％
（JFEA公式テスト値）であり、上記基準を十分満足致します。
The removal performance of adherent ingredients such as grease, etc. contained in the exhaust air with grease removing devices is required to be 75% or
more in the "Standard on the Structures, etc. of Grease Removing Devices" (No162 of ShoboYo for August 15,1996) promulgated by the Fire and Disaster
Management Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. The Baffresh Ⅱ has the removal performance of 80.43% (the value determined
at an official test by the JFEA) amply meeting the above standard.

二次側バッフルプレート
油分を含む空気が2枚のバッフルプレートで構成されたフィルタ面を通過する
際、①圧縮→②膨張→③圧縮→④膨張の一連の変化をうけます。この時発生
する衝突→方向転換の作用にともない、油分のみが分離され、主に二次側バッ
フルプレートに付着します。付着した油分は障害のないステンレス鋼板上を
下方に流れます。

Removal performance (80.43% according to tests conducted by the JFEA) When air containing
grease particIes passes through the air filter which comprises two baffle plates, this air is subjected
in turn to the processes of (1) compression, (2) expansion, (3) compression and (4) expansion. The
action of the impacts and directional transformation which occur at this time cause the grease
portion to be separated from the air, and this grease adheres mostly to the secondary baffle plate.
This grease then runs downward along sacompletely smooth stainless steel plate.

フィルタの下部を構成する枠は独特の2重構造になっており、二次側バッフル
プレートを流れてきた油分は、そのままフィルタ外部に排出されます。これ
により、油分は枠中央部の油分排出口とは無関係に排出され、枠内部での油
分留保は全くありません。（実用新案出願済）
Adhesion rate (6.42% according to tests conducted by the JFEA) The frame which forms the lower
section of the baffle plates has a special two-layer construction which automatically forces
the grease, which runs down from the baffle plate out of the filter. Because of this, the grease is
removed from the filter without going through the grease removal hole in the middle of the
frame, and as a consequence no grease collects inside the frame. (Utility model application

Features of BF GUARDⅡ
厨房室からダクト内への火災の伝送を防止する防火ダンパーは、その性格上作動及び遮蔽機
能に絶対の信頼性が要求され、しかも設置場所が天蓋やダクト内である為、小型・軽量で、
点検・清掃の為の取外し、取付けが容易であることも重要な要素です。この様な条件より開
発された BFガードⅡは次の様な数々の特長を持っています。

羽根ケーシング共、材質は1.5m/mステンレス鋼板を使用していま
す。

The vanes and casing are made from 1.5-mm stainless steel plate.
