・Carefully read this manual and understand the
contents before handling the system.
・Keep this manual at a designated place for easy
access at all time.
・This VACUUMER is handled by only personnel
who have the knowledge and skill of its

3-1 Environmental requirement
Be sure to use this in the following environment
Ambient temperature:0~+40℃
Humidity
:35~85%RH
3-2 Handling
Use a shoulder belt to carry the system.
Make sure the belt is securely hooked at two points.

3-3 Connecting the air pipe
Install the 0.5 MPa air pipe onto the air pipe connection
port (Rc3/8).
When the air pressure is 0.5 MPa, approximately 250
Nl/min air is consumed. Check the air supply source.
The maximum service air pressure is 0.6 MPa.
Use at a pressure of 0.6 MPa or less.
The system continues vacuuming while air
pressure is applied.
Attaching a cock valve to stop the air makes
operation easier.
7
4.Vacuuming and disposing of grease
4-1 Applicable greases
Use the system to vacuum lubricating greases.
Use the system to vacuum greases with
consistencies No. 000 to 1.
ISO
Do not use the system to vacuum greases other
than the recommended types.
If the system is used to vacuum grease with
consistency larger than No. 1, the grease may
adhere to the inside of the vacuum hose and clog
it.
When vacuuming No. 1 grease, use the system at
20 C or more.
Grease that contains soluble solvents, etc. may
damage the tank.
Do not vacuum solutions that may crack, damage,
or otherwise affect acrylic resin.
4-2 Disposing of grease
Dispose of the grease when the grease in the tank nears
the H mark.
Raising the three clamp levers releases the clamp hooks
so the tank can be removed.
If too much grease accumulates in the tank, it
may flow into the exhaust port and clog the auto
muffler.
Do not use the system when the grease reaches
the H level.
8
Dispose of the grease according to relevant
national and local laws and regulations.
Inserting a plastic bag that fits in the tank
before starting operations makes disposing of
the grease easier.

5. Maintenance
5-1 Troubleshooting
When troubles occur, take the measures as defined in the chart below.
Trouble
Cause
The system does Air is not being supplied.
not vacuum up
grease.
Measures to take
Connect the air pipe.
See “3-3 Connecting the air
pipe.”
The air presser is low.
Increase the air pressure.
See “3-3 Connecting the air
pipe.”
Air is leaking from the
tank seal (crushed or
disconnected).
The air is not being
discharged due to a
clogged auto muffler.
The nozzle or hose is filled
with grease.
Tighten the three clamps.
Change the seal gasket.
Clean and wash the auto
muffler.
Pour lubricant into the
nozzle and hose, and vacuum
it into the tank.
Check the consistency of the
grease.

■ Solvent resistance of acrylic resin
- Soluble solvents or their vapors will craze acrylic resin. Be careful when
using the system in a place where paints, paint thinner, and other
substances that contain such solvents are also used.
- Do not use the system to vacuum liquid chemicals containing ketone,
ester, aromatic hydrocarbons, lower fatty acids, monohydric alcohol,
ether, chlorinated carbon, carbon sulfide, etc.
[Reference]
When putting a plastic bag in the tank, refer to the following procedures.
※Hole
1) Raise the three clamp levers and remove the tank.
2) Prepare a plastic bag and fit it to the inside of the
tank.
* When using a commercial plastic bag, cut three
or four holes with a diameter of 5 to 6 mm at
positions above the H mark.
3) Put the plastic bag in the tank.
4) Put the lid on and secure it with the three clamp
levers.
Be careful not to pinch the gasket when closing the
lid.
