Buy a Brick, Build a Future Lowdham Community Building (LCB) Project Last year we announced our project to build a new community building at the Southwell Road Sports Ground (near the Magna Charta Inn, entrance from Old Tannery Drive). This will be owned and managed by Lowdham Parish Council. We also ran a survey to ensure the new building and the activities it will provide meet the needs of the community:     Social Meetings / Children’s Parties Scout Base Sports Activity Meetings and Catering Fitness / Yoga Sessions We are delighted to announce that the project has now received £40,000 from Sports England, bringing the total raised to £110,000, not far off our £140,000 target. We aim to close the funding gap by carefully managing the cost of construction materials, reducing the building specification slightly, and by fundraising. THIS IS WHERE YOU CAN HELP!
