Further to our letters 1 Email cited above (i), (iii) to (viii) along with various other correspondence exchanged regarding the construction of Public toilet complex. 2. Regarding the construction of Public Toilet complex reference of IC letter cited (ii) & (ix) above is cited wherein it is stated as "Provision to construct the public toilet complex near the toll plaza is beyond the scope of work of the concession agreement ". Further we had submitted the details towards Construction of Toilet Blocks and allied infrastructure near the Toll Plaza amounting to Rs. 11,43,6451- as desired by your goodself in the meeting held at PIU-Amravati on 171hOct 2012 for release of payment along with detailed Invoice, supporting documents etc. As raised earlier we again request for the release of Rs. 11,43,645 /- for the cost incurred on the Construction of Toilet Blocks and allied infrastructure near the Toll Plaza. We therefore reiterate and request your goodself to accordingly pay Rs. 11,43,6451- towards the cost incurred by the Contessionaire on construction of Public toilet complex, in pursuance to the relevant provision of the Concession Agreement.
