In continuation of this office circulars of even number 2380-94 dated 29072013 and 2395-2405 daled 2907.2013, and subsequent circular of even no.3849-3854 dated 22.11.2013, on the subject cited above, it is informed that no further extension of time beyond 31 12.2013 is allowed for conduct of local and outstation tours during the current academic year 2013-14 All HOSs are therefore, directed to recover the advance (90%) if paid in rIo tours not undertaken by 3112.2013 from the touring agencies and surrender the surplus amount positively by 10.02.2014.
