The current procurement is financed through the Debt Swap Agreement between KfW Development Bank and the Republic of Serbia (Subsidies). Part of this program is the rehabilitation of one of two existing coal fired boilers (58 MW of installed capacity per each) including design, supply and construction of a Water Treatment Plant and diesel generator for the District Heating Company in Bor. The scope comprises the: • Design documentation, material supply and re-construction of the regarded 58 MW coal boiler; • Design works for a Water Treatment Plant to obtain construction permit as required by Serbian regulation design and construction • Material supply and construction of the Water Treatment Plant; • Supply and installation of diesel generator • Necessary mechanical, civil and electrical works for a general rehabilitation as it will specified in the Tender Documents by the Employer The Tender documents can be downloaded from a password secured website http://kfwiv.dhsr.mw-decon.com upon payment of a non-refundable fee (including VAT) of 8.000 (eight thousand) RSD for Serbian Bidders or 70 (seventy) EURO for international bidders in favor of one of the accounts specified below. Only interested bidders (presented by himself or one of the partners in a bid) who paid the tender fee two weeks before tender submission (evidenced after request by the Tender Agent by a copy of the bank transfer documents) at latest shall be recognized as eligible bidders.
