FORUM VINI, the most successful consumer wine fair in Southern Germany, celebrates its 30th
anniversary in the MOC in Munich, from 14th to 16th November 2014 – celebrate with us!
FORUM VINI’s international exhibitors present wines, sparkling wines, spirits, specialities,
delicatessen, and many other related products like wine-trips, storage equipment, wine
accessories, and literature. Workshops and Seminars about top issues provide the visitors with
basic and expert knowledge for their successful on-site wine shopping.
A highlight of the trade fair is always the big presentation of MUNDUS VINI – the world’s
greatest wine award: In 2013, more than 200 international members of the jury took a closer
look to more than 6,000 wines from 45 countries – among which were newcomers like China –
and awarded the best with Grand Gold, Gold, and Silver. A selection of the award winning
wines is presented under professional guidance at the special degustation area.
Since 1985, FORUM VINI is the place to be for gourmets, restaurateurs, and specialized
dealers in Bavaria. The trade fair set trends, brought the topic of wine into daily life and
contributed to making wine a first-class gourmet product.
In 29 eventful years with more than 6,500 exhibitors and 240,000 visitors, numerous wines
which were presented at the trade fair found their way to private cellars and wine-menus of
restaurants.
In its 30th year, FORUM VINI was taken over by the renowed publishing house Meininger
Verlag GmbH that is known for its special publications regarding wine, beverages, and
gastronomy, and for being the host of the trade fair BARZONE as well as of the major
international wine award MUNDUS VINI. This strengthens the position of FORUM VINI as the
leading trade fair in Southern Germany.
