FermControl™ BIO
This is a special organic certified nutrition supplement for
the support of the yeast metabolism. Due to its unique
composition FermControl™ BIO provides specific co-factors
in order to secure an optimal, reliable and clean fermentation.
The effect is significantly improved sensory impression of
the wines without any reductive or other undesired flavour
characteristics. FermControl™ BIO is compliant to EU
regulations (EG) Nr. 834/2007 and (EG) 889/2008.

BIO range. This newly desigend yeast hull product is a real
allrounder. Due to our new and unique technology to purify
yeast hulls it is possible to preserve the functional groups in
the cell wall which provide a wide range of potential
applications for the winemaker. Naturally in full compliance
with the organic standards of the European Union and USDA.

Removes inhibitory medium chain fatty acids in the must or young wine.
Binds many pesticides residue and mycotoxins, which all have yeast inhibitory effects.
Can reduce the content of volatile phenols (e.g. by Brettanomyces) notably.
Improves sensory of wines from stressed fermentations.
Can reduce sulphur off-flavours in young wines.
Can be used for colour correction in White wine, Blanc de Noirs and Rosé-wine.

The intelligent oak alternative – selected by our wine makers for you! The highest quality of oak alternatives in the
global market - 100 % natural and from certified sustainable forestry.
WineChipz are produced from French oak in equal quality as oak
barrels. The wood is matured for 24 months and subsequently
submitted to a special and gentle convection tasting process in order
to reach the desired level of toasting. This process secures a very
homogeneous and precise toasting which gives an absolute uniform
level of toasting from batch to batch.
WineBlox offers the advantages of using new wood for the vinification
of red and white wines. The practical application is very flexible and
can be used from simulated barrel fermentation in stainless steel
tanks to boosting used barrels. This makes WineBlox an excellent
and cost efficient tool as a supplement or alternative to wood chips
or barrels.

ViniTannin™ W, SR & Multi extra
ViniTannin™ are highly purified tannin preparations for the fermentation and optimization of white, rosé and red
wines. They are 100% natural and derived from high quality European grape skin. It optimizes the structure
without adding any astringent or bitter flavour to the wine.
ViniTannin™ W for white and rosé wines: increases the redox potential and
improves the aromatic stability of the wines. It also helps to improve the ageing
potential without adding SO2.
ViniTannin™ SR for red wines: optimizes the stabilization of the colour
pigments (anthocyanin chains) in juice or wine stage and improves the ageing
potential of the wine.
ViniTannin™ Multi extra for red wines: optimizes colour concentration and
stabilization of colour pigments (anthocyanin chains) in the juice or wine stage and
improves the ageing potential of the wine without adding SO2.
