Bids Required for Auction of NHA’s Vehicles

National Highway Authority, Multan intends to auction the following NHA’s
vehicles through sealed tenders on “As is where is basis”:Sr. No.

Vehicle can be inspected at MT Park of the General Manager (Punjab-South)
office NHA, Multan located at NHA Complex, Chowk Nagshah, Multan, on any
working day from 19th May, 2014 to 27th May, 2014.

Sealed Bid(s) addressed to the undersigned will be received on 28th May,
2014 upto 1100 hours and will be opened at 1130 hours, on the same day, in the
presence of all bidders or their authorized representatives who may choose to
attend. A separate bid should be given for each vehicle.
4.
Bid(s) shall accompany a pay order/bank draft for an amount equivalent to
5% of the bid price in the name of General Manager (Punjab-South), NHA, Multan.
GST/Income Tax (if admissible) shall be charged as per prevailing laws of
Government of Pakistan.
5.
Tender documents can be purchased from Office of the Assistant Director
(Admn/Transport), NHA, Regional office Multan uptill 27th May, 2014 during
working hours by submitting application alongwith Demand Draft/Pay Order
amounting to Rs. 500/-(non-refundable) in favor of the General Manager (PunjabSouth), NHA, Multan.

Tender Documents can also be downloaded from NHA Website ie
www.nha.gov.pk uptill 27th May, 2014 and submitted in the office alongwith
Demand Draft/Pay Order amounting to Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) in favor of the
General Manager (Punjab-South), NHA, Multan.
7.
NHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to add or
withdraw any vehicle before or after the submission/opening of bids.
