The Role The Business Development Associate's role is to support our Senior Consultants in a business development and administrative capacity, by arranging financial consultations with prospective clients through our client referral program. This means a telephone-based role, with warm leads, speaking to High Net-Worth individuals and arranging face to face meetings for our consultants. The Person We are looking for exceptional candidates who are willing to apply the MWC ethos to their work. You must have sales experience, preferably within a financial services capacity but not essential. To succeed you will need to be an individual with excellent telephone based sales skills, who can understand and sell the benefits of our wide range of products. - Good communication skills, written and verbal - Excellent phone manner - Confident and personable - A good overall understanding of the internet, search engines and Office applications.
