Position: Store Manager – Sofa store Job Type: Permanent, Full time Number of hours: 5 days over 7 (including weekends) Location: New Sofa store, Camp Hill, Birmingham Salary – £18,000 plus realistic OTE including commission/bonus £30,000 -‐ £40,000 per annum NCF is looking for a manager who has experience of selling upholstery, and would like to progress within their career (must have experience). THE ROLE As a Store Manager you will be required to fulfil customer needs by providing inspirational consultations on the type of upholstery they may require. Your roles and responsibilities will include: *Managing the whole store *Contributing to the stores’ success by maximizing on all sales opportunities. *Ensuring that the presentation of the store is maintained, making sure that customers shop in a clean environment. * Dealing with in-‐store displays and general merchandising. * Being a point of contact for customers who enter the store. * Increasing average spend and overall sales THE PERSON With previous management experience, you will be a driven sales person with a strong desire to succeed. You will have experience of selling sofas, achieving sales using the consultative sales technique as well as a flexible and committed approach to work.
