Indoor/Outdoor FLEA MARKET Vendors

Paris Country Mall (PCM) Indoor/Outdoor Flea Market is open every Saturday & Sunday year round from
8:00am – 4:00pm, except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter; which is subject to change.
1. Setup on Saturday and/or Sunday morning is 6:30–7:45am for Indoor & Outdoor vendors. Indoor vendors can also
setup on Friday during regular PCM store hours; if space allows. Vendors must complete booth set up by 7:45 am.
2. If Paris Country Mall (PCM) cancels Flea Market; vendors will receive a minimum of 24 hour notice; unless an
emergency situation. No refunds for PCM closing regular hours, vendor will receive credit toward another day.
3. All vendors must stay within their assigned space. Nothing in the aisles, whether product or chairs Etc.
4. No fliers can be handed out unless pre-approved by Paris Country Mall (PCM) management.
5. Electricity available for Inside Vendors ONLY, with the permission from PCM’s management. (addt’l fee may apply)
6. All vendors are to keep their space clean during Flea Market and clean up garbage at the end of each day.
7. No loud Music, TVs, Stereos. PCM management reserves the right to deny use of music
8. A Rain check will be credited to the outdoor Flea Market vendors scheduled, if the market is closed due to rain, and
the rain check will be applied toward a booth fee for the next weekends Flea Market. No refunds or rain checks for
indoor vendors.
9. No use of obscene language or gestures by vendors; this can cause for vendor to be dismissed from property
and permanent loss of booth space. No pornography or illegal
10. No animals allowed on the property except service animals. Outside vendors might be allowed to sell small farm
animals with permission from PCM. Vendor must submit request 24 hours prior to the Flea Market day in which
vendor is requesting to sell said animal; PCM reserves the right to deny request based on each individual situation
and village/county/state laws.
11. No sales of the following; adult x rated (books magazines, merchandises), food/beverage, beer, soda,
cigarettes, hand guns, ammunition, fireworks, explosives, illegal or copied materials, drug paraphernalia,
stolen items, permanent tattoos or piercing.
12. No fastening using nails, screws, tape to hang merchandise or display on the walls, ceilings or the floors of PCM.
13. You must remain set up until 4:00pm. No early tear down or leaving early, unless authorized by PCM’s management.
14. Indoor vendors can leave booth set-up from week to week; providing pre-payment has been made for space.
15. All vendors are to park on the East side of the building after you are finished unloading your vehicle.
16. Paris Country Mall (PCM) shall not be responsible or liable to any vendor for any loss or damage that results to
vendor’s property from water, fire, theft, or of any kind including acts of nature (God).
17. Paris Country Mall (PCM) reserves the right to terminate a vendor contract at any time if vendor does not fully comply
with the rules and regulations stated herein this document.
18. Full payment must be received by the Monday prior to the weekend Vendor is scheduled to sell. No refunds.
