Our client:
An international financial institution
Role & Responsibilities:
• Handling of the relationship with vendors portfolio
• Establishing effective communication and liaising with all the different stakeholders
• Providing active support in contract negotiations
• Ensuring the maintenance of commercial contracts
• Establishing standards in order to handle outsourced services
• Identifying and escalating any commercial issues in order to solve them
• Evaluating commercial contracts risks
• Evaluating vendors performance according to agreed KPI's
Profile:
• 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role within a bank
• Excellent knowledge of banking operations/back-office (must-have)
• Experience with vendors contract management (strong advantage)
• Perfect command of English and French
• Very good command of the usual IT tools and Avaloq as well

• Excellent planning abilities/organizational skills
