This mega scientific event is being organised by Department of Radiological Physics, SMS Medical College, Jaipur (Raj.) and AMPI-NC. We have planned a comprehensive scientific programme including orations, talk by eminent speakers, oral papers, poster and panel discussion. We are expecting a fairly large number of quality papers from you. The purpose of this announcement is to call for scientific papers and to receive the requirements of travel plan & accommodation details. We request you to kindly fill in the forms and send your registration at the earliest so that we plan all the details in advance for your comfortable and fruitful stay in Jaipur. Synopsis should be in about 600 words and must be categorised as introduction, Objectives, material and methods, results and discussion. 2. Synopsis should contain the title names of authors (no degree or position) and their affiliations to organization. Name of the author presenting the paper should be underlined. 3. Synopsis should be in MS Word format -Font Times Roman -12 Point size 4. Send the Abstract by Email at : [email protected] Visual aids Projector & laptop facilities will be available at the conference Hall only for Presentation. Paper Presentation Oral, papers would be allotted 10 minutes for presentation including discussion. Invited talks will be of 20 minutes duration. The delegates are requested to prepare the presentation conforming to the time limits which will be strictly adhered to avoid the delays in planned scheduled programme. For poster presentation, space of 1m× 1m will be provided. It is advised to mail the whole presentation in advance by using mail or google drive before the conference. AMPI (NC) Best Paper Award Association of Medical Physicist of India (Northern Chapter) award will be presented to the best paper of the conference. For this purpose only papers from the practicing Medical Physicist will be considered. The award consist of Rs. 2000/- and a citation. Scientific programme committee will consider all the qualifying synopsis for AMPI(NC) award. First author of the selected synopsis will be asked to submit full paper before a prescribed date which will be intimated by the scientific programme committee. These papers will be judged by a specially constituted “Best Paper Award Committee” which will judge the quality of the work, its application and presentation and decision of the committee will be final. Trade Exhibition A trade exhibition will be arranged at the conference venue for the benefit of the delegates and trade Partners. The companies dealing with products related to Medical Physics, Radiation oncology, Diagnostic Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Dosimetry& protection, Radioisotopes, Medical instruments can avail the facilities. Octonorm system with 3 walls and 1 fascia of 3m×3m will be provided for each stall. Larger space or double stall could also be allotted if required.
