Meadowood Manor is a faith-based 88 bed Personal Care Home and 89 unit Elderly Persons Housing apartment founded
by Baptist churches of the North American Baptist Conference. As this position is fairly flexible, the successful candidate
will determine whether this is a part or full time position, as well as start and end times during each day. Additional
responsibilities may also be assigned based on the strengths of the successful candidate.
PAYROLL/BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The primary responsibility is to process bi-weekly payroll and administer employee benefits. This role will partner with
the management team in providing support for projects pertaining to HR. The successful candidate must be able to work
in a detail oriented work environment with conflicting priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and
confidentiality in regards to employee files.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Demonstrated payroll experience, perferably within a healthcare organization.
 Knowledge of employee benefits programs.
 Computer literacy with payroll systems and/or Microsoft Great Plains is an asset, QHR software experience is
preferred.
 Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
 “Customer Service” focus with employees required.
