Client Administrators LCP Certified Integration The Certified Payroll Data for LCP Certified Product export template is available for clients who use Job Costing and Labor Distribution, enter payroll by line date, and process payroll weekly. After submitting payroll, run the Certified Payroll Data for LCP Certified Product report and upload your payroll data using Web-based software to a third-party provider, LCPtracker™. Use LCPtracker’s product called LCP Certified to create the certified payroll reports you can use for filing. Before You Begin Ensure you have created an account on the LCP Certified website. This only has to be done one time. Payroll Enter and submit your payroll in the Payroll application. 1. Enter your payroll by entering hours by earning, by job, by labor assignment, and by line date using the expanded view. 2. Submit your payroll. LCP Certified Integration © 2014 Paychex, Inc. POCP-1000-1411 Memo hours and checks that do not have hours will not be included in the report. 1 Client Administrators Reporting After you submit payroll in the Payroll application, use the Reporting application to run the Certified Payroll Data for LCP Certified Product data exports template. 1. From the REPORTS panel, select Certified Payroll Data for LCP Certified. (1) 1 2. In the CUSTOM OPTIONS panel, select values for the following options: Select Company - Select one company to include in the report. Period End Date - Select the last day of the pay period to be reported. Select Job ID - Select one or more job IDs. Select Job Name - Select one or more job names. In the Output Format option, select XLS. (1) We recommend you do not modify the report layout as it may create an issue when uploading the file. 1 4. Click SUBMIT.
