How do you intend to apply the knowledge acquired in this workshop to design and/or implement compensation or offset mechanisms according to the reality of your fund and your country? Please describe the steps you are willing to take in the medium term. 1) Further study and prepare a memo and a presentation to colleagues; 2) Brainstorm with colleagues on posible partners for a pilot; prefereable a partner company of our fund; 3) Prepare a proposal for the Board including the concept and a pilot Project or some alternative project; 4) Start to negotiate and develop the pilot project; 5) Inform the government; meet with stakeholders; 6) Implement the pilot Project: baseline study (if not avaiable) and contract consultants.
