Executive Director Corner Last month I shared with you that our Tree Gala was a success. However, I did not have exact numbers at that time. Well, the numbers are in, and we raised over $10,000 for the Putnam County Cancer Assistance Program. Thanks to everyone who made a donation, purchased a tree, or donated their time to make this a success! Winter started slowly this year, but it seems like it has picked up! We are getting ready for Valentine’s Day here at the Meadows of Kalida! We will have our Sunday brunch this month on February 8th. Family and friends of residents are invited. The first four guests of any resident are free, and any guests after that are $5 each. We will have a 1930’s theme meal for our residents this month. The theme dinners are always a chance for us to go above and beyond for our residents. We’ve been watching a lot of basketball games! Our parent company Trilogy Health Services runs a basketball pool every year. If anyone is interested in being part of it, please give me your name and e-mail address or phone number. The prizes are usually fairly large. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to serve your loved one. Please let me know if I can do anything to assist you. Sincerely, Steve Apple Executive Director Smile of the Month Live a Dream Does your loved one have that one thing they would love to do again? Or maybe something they have always wanted to try?
