October Newsletter No. 2 Friends of Elizabeth House Who are we? A group of volunteers dedicated to raising funds to enrich the lives of the residents at Elizabeth House. We want to enhance the residents' provision in the care home by fund raising and voluntary activities. We've been established since 2012 and organise various activities for the residents like bingo and a monthly tea room. We have a website that is regularly updated. Please visit to see what's on, details below. Many of our volunteers have family or have had family living at Elizabeth House. We understand that moving a loved one to Elizabeth House is a huge change for everyone. We're here to help you feel settled and supported. We're always looking for help, so if you'd like to get involved please contact us, [email protected] We’re also always looking for new ideas and if anyone knows any entertainers that would like to come and put on a show for our residents please let us know. We’d love to hear from you. Welcome Welcome back to our second Friends of Elizabeth House newsletter.
